Once the registration is complete, all fees are non-refundable.  We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and in extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or relocation, the organization may review requests for a credit towards future events.  These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.  

Please note that any credit issued is non-transferable and must be used within the same spring/summer season of the registration.
